The Annexe has a fold out bed couch {with 100mm inner spring mattress on a trampoline base} and 2 matching chairs; There is also two, 9 draw solid pine chest of draws. 54 cm TV on cabinet with DVD player, portable stereo player, and reverse cycle air conditioner. We have also added two steps with balustrades on each side to walk into van, this was placed for safety issue re: elderly and small children. The front porch is fully enclosed with terra cotta shade mesh and has an outdoor kitchen with bar fridge, twin bowl sink, cupboard space and near new BBQ, hot & cold running water, the hot water is supplied by a continuous heater . 2 outdoor tables & 6 chairs with matching cushions. Entry to Van & Annexe is via a lock up security door into the porch area. Outside, at the rear of the annexe, is a colourbond enclosure with front loader washing machine, & clothes dryer, both are only 4 years old an in excellent condition, and single bowl laundry trough with hot and cold running water. Under the van is completely sealed and provides substantial storage space, the ground has been covered with fibre cement sheeting to provide a good solid and dry floor. Access to this storage is via two large access panels/doors. Both are lockable and very secure, we stored our golf clubs, buggies, and all sorts of things and still had room left. The paving on the patio gives you extra protection to help keep things cleaner indoors if it is raining, or extra room for entertaining. The park, Denison County, is far enough from town {7 klms to Mulwala} to still have that secluded country feel, but close enough to be easy to get what you need. It is has a tennis court, boat storage, clean amenities {approx 50 metres away from van}, office/admin is directly behind this and another van, as you can see, nothing is too far away, there is a child safe swimming area, bbq amenities on foreshore over looking lake, concrete boat ramp to get you out to those Cod, and the view from the van is facing out to a forest reserve. Mulwala offers an RSL Club, The Ski Club, and the renowned Yarrawonga 54 Hole Golf Course, and all have excellent restaurant offerings. Both Mulwala and Yarrawonga offer excellent Supermarket and retail facilities. As you can see from the first photo, looking from the outside of the van, we have a view of the lake, and the road is leading into the park entrance. I would like to point out to you that we have no through traffic, and we are the second van from the entrance, which makes it far more traffic friendly. The second photo looking again straight out from the van, is a beautiful view of lovely bushland. The big tree in the top right hand side of the picture, leads to a track ideally used for walking, cycling. The track is about 1 klm long which then comes to fork, and you can either continue along that track which leads you into town, or, you can turn left and have a lovely walk along the lakes edge, which brings you around the bend that leads you back to the road and into the park The third photo is looking to your right down to our street and at the end of that street is the tennis court. You can see the road that runs parallel to our street leads out to the main road {Corowa Rd} that takes you into town when turning left, or if you wish, turn right to Corowa and Albury. As you can see from these photos, your view from the front is uninterrupted, and gives you a panoramic view into the forest reserve, rather than a row of caravans. We have many photos that we unfortunately cannot display here. As we are limited to 12 photos we are not able to show the fold out bed/couch, and the excellent condition it is in, nor are we able to show much of the bedroom with bed head matching the lounge suite, or the shower, and just generally more detailed pictures. At the rear you have a complete kitchen with microwave, hotplates, grill, fridge and very large pantry, linen, cutlery, cups and plates, cookware and then there is the on suite bathroom, beautiful hot shower, sink and toilet, not forgetting we also have a small BBQ on the porch and EVERYTHING you see is what you get apart from the cane couch in the lounge, its the in-laws and l have to give it back, that being said its all complete and fully furnished, all you have to do is bring yourselves down, there is also a table for outside and we even have 2 small bikes down there for your kids.
